Church Council
Elders
Are elected by the
congregation to take leadership in the life and worship of our
congregation. They are a part of our church council, but take a specific
leadership role in worship and pastoral care related areas.
Carers
Carers assist our elders
in pastoral visitation. Each carer has a small group of people with whom
they have a meaningful connection. Carers are responsible to an elder, who
has a number of carers working with them on their visitation list.
Prayer Counsellors
Prayer Counsellors assist elders
in praying for people who request prayer after our church services. Any request
for prayer is treated with sensitivity and confidentiality. Appointments
can also be arranged with our minister on request.
